International Zero Waste Month Symposium in Malaysia: Debunking Waste-to-Energy Incineration

In conjunction with International Zero Waste Month 2024, we would like to invite you to attend a Symposium on Debunking Waste-To-Energy Incineration. The Symposium, co-organized by the Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives (GAIA), the Consumers’ Association of Penang (CAP) and Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM), will be held on January 27, 2024, Saturday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the KLSCAH, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Symposium will be hybrid, with virtual and in-person presentations where we will share the latest knowledge on WTE in Asia-Pacific & Europe. A Zero Waste Exhibition and Marketplace will also be held at the venue to promote local zero-waste initiatives.
